The method you choose in shipping your phone to us directly affects your turnaround time. You may ship the phone by any method you choose, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regular mail. In general, we find that Priority Mail takes 3 days or less and UPS ground takes 5 days or less.
When sending your phone to us, please remember to include the following items:
- Phone
- Fully charged battery
- A printout of your invoice from our online shop (not Paypal receipt) or a slip of paper with your return shipping information
- Money Order (only if you choose this as a form of payment)
- Any other items specifically identified in the item's description in our online shop.
Please do NOT send any of the following items:

- Original phone packaging (box, etc)
